Ehhh... I tried to make macaroons for my boyfriend today for V-day. They didn't turn out. Out of 14 possible cookies, 5 were edible but cracked. I'll have to read up on some tips. Anyway, I guess it's fitting I post this on the 13th. I'll do better tomorrow!
